ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

 

PRIOR TO 72 HOURS:
IF YOU CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO OUR 72 HOURS CANCELLATION WINDOW, YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE, HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THINGS COME UP SO AS COURTESY WE WILL PLACE IT ON A GIFT CARD AND IT CAN BE USED TOWARDS YOUR FUTURE APPOINTMENT ONCE YOU RESCHEDULE.

 

WITHIN THE 72 HOURS:
IF YOU CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE USED TO FILL THE APPOINTMENT WE LOST. AGAIN, WE UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN, SO TO BE FAIR TO THE LOST TIME, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO THIS PARTICULAR APPOINTMENT AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO RESCHEDULE, WE WILL COLLECT A NEW DEPOSIT.

CHILDREN UNDER 16

FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN & AS A COURTESY TO OUR ARTISTS/CLIENTS, WE ASK THAT YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IN ADVANCE. DUE TO INSURANCE POLICIES AND FOR SAFETY REASONS, CHILDREN OR ANY ONE ELSE BESIDES THE CLIENT RECEIVING THE PROCEDURE AND THE ARTIST ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM. 

SAME DAY CANCEL/RESCHEDULE OR NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

IF YOU CANCEL/RESCHEDULE/NO SHOW THE SAME DAY AS YOUR APPOINTMENT, THE REMAINDER OF YOUR FULL SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE PROCESSED. 

LATE ARRIVALS

ARRIVING TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES LATE OR MORE WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED AND WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES.
