DEPOSITS 

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON - REFUNDABLE. ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO AN UPCOMING SERVICE APPOINTMENT REQUIRES A 72 HOUR NOTICE. WITH PROPER NOTICE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A NEW APPOINTMENT. OTHERWISE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE TIMELY NOTICE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT. 

CHILDREN UNDER 16

FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN & AS A COURTESY TO OUR ARTISTS/CLIENTS, WE ASK THAT YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IN ADVANCE. DUE TO INSURANCE POLICIES AND FOR SAFETY REASONS, CHILDREN OR ANY ONE ELSE BESIDES THE CLIENT RECEIVING THE PROCEDURE AND THE ARTIST ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM. 

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

FAILURE OF SHOWING UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES.

LATE ARRIVALS

ARRIVING TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES LATE OR MORE WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED AND WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR ALL SERVICES.
